Jasmin Woehr with SLSSC members |
On July 5, 2008, 20 members of St. Louis – Stuttgart Sister Cities welcomed Jasmin Woehr from Stuttgart as player for the St. Louis Aces for the 2008 season.
Kids ages 6 – 13 were able to participate in a tennis block party – a tennis clinic taught by the Aces. Each child received a tennis racket and a t-shirt and they had a lot of fun.
The matches started at 7:15 p.m. The St. Louis Aces lost to New York, but it was a great evening of tennis, particularly meeting Jasmin after the game.
